By accessing and using AcreView Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application immediately.

These terms apply to all users including farm owners, managers, employees, and any third parties with access to the platform.

AcreView Pro provides tools and information to help you manage and record farm data. The following features are informational only and do not constitute professional advice or official recommendations:

• Soil Analysis & Fertilization Suggestions: Nutrient recommendations generated by AcreView Pro are based on general agronomic guidelines. They are not a substitute for a certified soil scientist's or agronomist's professional recommendation. Always consult a licensed agronomist or your local extension office before applying soil amendments or fertilizers.
• AI Analytics & Yield Forecasting: AI-generated yield forecasts, fertilizer plans, and irrigation schedules are estimates based on available data and general models. They are not guarantees of crop performance or outcome.
• Pest & Disease Alerts: AI-powered pest and disease threat assessments are general risk indicators only. They are not official diagnoses. Always consult a licensed crop consultant, certified pest control advisor (PCA), or your local cooperative extension service before taking any treatment action.
• Spray Recommendations: Spray mixture calculations and product suggestions are for reference only. Always read and follow pesticide labels, which are legally binding. Only apply products according to their label instructions.
• Financial & Tax Data (Schedule F, Analytics): Financial summaries including Schedule F reports are for organizational assistance only and are not tax advice. Consult a licensed CPA or tax professional for tax preparation and filing.
• Insurance Information: Insurance data tracking is for record-keeping only. Consult your insurance agent or broker for policy decisions and coverage questions.
• Weather & Irrigation Data: Weather forecasts and irrigation recommendations are estimates. Always apply your own judgment and consult local resources.

Artificial intelligence outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations. AI-generated outputs within AcreView Pro — including yield forecasts, fertilizer plans, irrigation schedules, and pest & disease assessments — are automated estimates and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any agricultural decision.

Users should independently verify all recommendations before application to crops, livestock, water sources, or surrounding property. Always cross-reference AI outputs with certified soil tests, current product labels, and guidance from a licensed agronomist, extension specialist, or other qualified professional.

Use of AcreView Pro and any recommendations, analytics, forecasts, or calculations is at the user's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AcreView Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any crop losses, financial losses, property damage, environmental harm, regulatory violations, or any other damages arising from reliance on information provided within this application.

Users assume full responsibility for all farm management decisions made using data or suggestions from AcreView Pro. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to this application shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to the service in the prior twelve (12) months.

AcreView Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the application is solely at your own discretion and risk.

Nothing within AcreView Pro replaces or modifies federally approved pesticide labels. The product label is the final legal authority. Any pesticide, herbicide, fungicide, or fertilizer information displayed in AcreView Pro is for reference purposes only. It is the user's sole responsibility to:

• Read and follow all pesticide label directions, which are legally enforceable.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding pesticide use, storage, and disposal.
• Obtain any required applicator licenses or certifications.
• Protect non-target organisms, water sources, and neighboring properties.

AcreView Pro does not endorse any specific pesticide product or brand.

Government, satellite, weather, and third-party data accessed through or displayed by AcreView Pro may contain delays, inaccuracies, or outages. AcreView Pro does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of external data sources, including but not limited to NOAA weather data, USDA program information, mapping services, and market price feeds.

Users should not rely solely on third-party data within this application for time-sensitive or safety-critical decisions.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important operational and financial records. AcreView Pro is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or inaccessible data resulting from technical failures, user error, or service interruptions.

We recommend that users periodically export and retain independent copies of critical records including financial data, Schedule F summaries, yield records, and spray application logs.

The accuracy of outputs from AcreView Pro is directly dependent on the accuracy of data entered by users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information generated.

You are responsible for verifying data entered into the system and for the accuracy of all records maintained within the application.

Your farm data is your own. We do not sell or share your operational data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By using AcreView Pro, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

AcreView Pro is not intended for emergency response, safety-critical operations, or situations where inaccurate information could result in bodily injury, environmental disaster, or regulatory enforcement actions. This includes but is not limited to chemical spill response, emergency irrigation failure, imminent crop loss events, or urgent pesticide safety situations.

In any emergency, contact the appropriate authorities, extension services, or licensed professionals immediately. Do not rely on this application as your primary source of guidance in urgent or hazardous conditions.

AcreView Pro does not guarantee compliance with federal, state, or local agricultural regulations, including but not limited to EPA pesticide regulations, USDA program requirements, FSA reporting obligations, or state environmental laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Subscription Plans: AcreView Pro is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate until you cancel.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will not receive a separate notice before each renewal charge.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription page within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until that date and will not be charged again thereafter.

No Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features. If you cancel mid-period, access continues through the end of that period.

Free Trial: A 30-day free trial may be offered to new users. Only one free trial is permitted per user account. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, access to paid features will be restricted unless a subscription is purchased.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. AcreView Pro does not store your full payment card details.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to your account until the outstanding balance is resolved. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

AcreView Pro, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and features, is owned by AcreView Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the application without prior written permission.

User-entered farm data remains the property of the user. By using the platform, you grant AcreView Pro a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to AcreView Pro at our discretion for misuse, unauthorized access, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms. Users who believe their account was suspended in error may contact support through the app settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Georgia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of AcreView Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated within the application.
